
Google redirect virus is a browser hijacker - remove it from your computer.
It targets google search results. After your computer is infected with this virus your google search results will be redirected to various porn, full of advertisements or infected websites. Usually this infection comes along with TDSS rootkit. Some of these sites may be infected with spyware, other could ask you to give away your banking information. Nowadays there are several versions of google redirect virus. If you notice that your google results are being redirected firs you should scan your computer with a legitimate anti-spyware sofware. You should choose from spyware doctor, malwarebytes antimalware or superantispyware. Download, install and update mentioned programs. Sometimes anti-spyware and anti-virus programs are unable to detect google redirect virus. Usually this happens because it's very hard to keep up with the new types of TDSS rootkit. If your security programs are unable to detect redirect virus you could try downloading and running some stand alone removal tools.
